Christmas Eve!

Tomorrow is Christmas and it's almost here.

This year, we are doing something completely different since my parents are going out of town tomorrow morning.

I am thinking about going to Christmas Eve service and then heading home for Christmas Eve dinner.

This year we are opening all of our presents tonight and just relaxing tomorrow. 

Travel during Christmas Weekend

On Saturday night, my friend messaged me asking for a ride and I thought that it was in Washington. Oh my goodness, it was in Oregon. It was about an hour past the Dalles which means that it's way longer than my trips to my aunt's house. During her visit with her friend, I hanged out around the town and went to a local park where I got this photo. 

I wish that I would have taken the drive the day before so we could enjoy the whole day. I think that the next time, we will leave early on Saturday morning to do one of the visits the night before and then the morning visit because let me tell you that it was super hard to drive in pouring down rain.

Today marked our second Christmas party and it was fine until we went to go open the presents. Someone got upset that their gift was not to their liking where that's the thing no where does it say that it needs to be 25 dollars total. It says max of 25 dollars.

Salmon Creek Adventures

In the past two weeks, I have spent four days at Salmon Creek and six days at Burton. The question has come up if they ask me to switch to Salmon would I do it? 

I am not sure because the drive is about twenty minutes depending on traffic in the morning and in the evening it could take up an hour.

November Recap

This month has been super busy with work and drama. We celebrated one month into the apartment and still have ten more months.

We also had Veteran's Day and Thanksgiving.

My parents have a habbit of letting our guest park in the driveway and we park on the streets. Well he ended up parking so close to my car that it was not safe for me to get out of not to mention that the person behind me did it too. I should have just pulled forward so I could get out and go home.

Four weeks until Christmas

I can't believe that we have four weeks until Christmas!

Personal info share

Someone said to another friend of mine that I was pregnant or I thought that I was. It doesn't bug me that it was said but it was about who said it. It's something for me to share and not them.

Another thing was said that I would let them help me raise the child or give up my rights for them to raise that child. That is how I know that said person told another friend of mine not to mention that one of my friends that I have known since I was little overheard them saying.

I confronted that said person and they keep denying it and won't admit their mistake. It would be different if they would go "Michelle, I am sorry for what I did. It was wrong." I would be fine. I am not mad about it. I am just upset that something was said without my knowledge and I got question about it. That is what I am mad about.

One month until Christmas

I can't believe that today marks one month until Christmas. I can't believe that I need to start my Christmas shopping again. It feels that I just got done with it.

Black Friday 2018

Yesterday, I ended up going with my family members to the Black Friday sock sale for me and my sister. It was good to spend some time with my dad.

Happy Thanksgiving everyone

No parking

This morning we got back to the apartment to find that there was no parking.... One of my friends suggested that I go park at Winco but I wasn't sure that I was going to get towed or not. I am sure that I could park in one of the other businesses so I decided to park at work.


We ended up going to see Instant family will be sharing a review pretty soon.

Preparing Thanksgiving

Finding my Debit card

I ended up going to the movie house and finding my debit card. It turns out that they had it. 

After finding it, I went to Chase to see if we could unblock the card and they said that I couldn't.

Three days at work

This week, I only have to work three days! I am so happy to have a short week

Losing my debit card

During Friday night's movie, I ended up losing my debit card. I called the movie house and they said that they didn't have it. 

I search my bag for it while I was at my mom's work for it and it was not there. Then I checked her car and mine. I also checked my apartment wasn't there and I knew that it was not at the house.

Anyways, I went to chase and had them block and reissue me an new card and now I have to wait for them to get it to. Hopefully I get it before Friday.

The movie was super good and it was great seeing it. 

Call to Salmon Creek!

Today I ended up getting called to Salmon Creek's location to help them out since they were short staff. 

What I did for Veteran’s day?

We ended up doing nothing special for today. I did end up spending the night at my parent’s house the night before, so it will be easier to pick up him.

Four days of work

This week we only must work four days this week. The good thing is that it’s our payday week and that means that I need to pay some bills for insurance, cell phone, internet, and cable.

Day off is needed

Today is our day off from work and we needed them so much.

Movie Review: The Grinch Remake

This movie could have waited until the four dollar theater. To remake a movie and then not even to follow the known storyline of the movie is just wrong.

Tonight's traffic was horrible. It took me a half an hour from my work to my parent’s house. Right before I left, I notice that the light on Fourth plain was back up to my apartment light.

Our New PM Schedule

A few days ago, I shared my AM schedule and today I am back for my pm schedule. Now here is what happens or what I am going to try to do.

So if I get off from 5:30 to 6:30pm:
Right when I get home: I make dinner and just relaxed for the rest of the night besides doing the dishes.
I try to go to bed around 9 to 10pm so that way I can get up around 6:30 to 7am the next morning.
So if I get off from 5:00 to 6:00pm:
Tuesday nights are different since I go to living free. I normally eat dinner at the church if I feel like it. Sometimes I don’t and just wait until I get back. I will make dinner right about then and just relax for the next couple of hours before bed.
I try to go to bed around 9 to 10pm so that way I can get up around 6:30 to 7am the next morning.

Learning a balance

I am finding that I need to learn a balance with living with roommates and them having guests over. Which is not a bad thing, the bad thing is their choices of friends are not the ones that I want to be friends with.

New AM schedule

Ever since I moved into my apartment, I decided to switch my wake up time to later in the day. It’s going pretty good but sometimes I still wake up around that time.

The days that I work @9am:
7am: Wake up

·         Normally I might lay in the bed until 7:30 to 7:45. It just depends on how I feel along if I didn’t take a shower the night before.

7:45am: Get dress
8:00am: Make breakfast and lunch
8:10am: Leave

·         My leaving time is depending on if I want to get Dutch or Starbucks that morning.

The days that I work @8:30am:
6:30am: Wake up

7:15am: Get dress

Are we unpacked?

We have living at the apartment for the past five days and we are still setting in and unpacking everything. I am almost done. I have been focusing on one room at a time.

Moving out of my parents’ house

I was so excited to move out of my parents’ house and it feels good to be without them. It is kind of relaxing. We have decided that on Friday’s nights after work, I will drive out here and get the mail and then spend a little bit of time with them. Also picking up Jaret for his first weekend at the apartment.

The watch works great. My mom and dad like it but at first dad didn’t like it. I love it.

Walking or driving to work?

So now that I live closer to my work, I am debating if I should walk or drive to work. I want to see how long it will take to walk to work so that is what I am doing today.

Packing or unpacking

Today's post is about which do I not like more?

I can finally say packing because it took so long. I just hope that unpacking is not as bad.

Moving Day

Today is move in day. We are loading things up and unpacking the u-haul. We are also signing a lease and paying the final move in cost.

All my stuff pack or is it going to be a late night?

It’s the night before I move and need to make sure that everything is pack and ready for tomorrow’s big change. I am starting to get a little nervous, but I am sure that I am okay with this big change. Tomorrow I signed a lease and pay the move in cost.

Packing Update

On the night of September 19^th, I decided that I was only to pack my clothes and bedding in black bags and everything else in either totes or boxes. Between today and tomorrow, I need to get everything pack.

We are only three days until we move.

No living free or Saturday nights?

So because I haven’t had babies on living free nights, I ended up taking this Tuesday and next Tuesday off from kidsworld. I want to make sure that I have enough time to pack and unpack. On Saturday, I am just going to be super busy with unpacking and organizing the apartment.

I just started to take my break from social media besides Twitter since I only tweet maybe once or twice a day. It’s going to be a little weird since I have been busy packing

Moving Update and a Day of sadness

As many of you know that my moving day is coming closer. Right now I have eleven days until I move into my new place.


Yesterday morning was a rough morning for our family. We learned that my step-great-grandmother went home to heaven to be with her love ones and God. We are so thankful to God for the life that she lived and everything that she has done. I remember all the good memories that I have of her.

Packing for our beach trip and move

Today I have the day off of work and I am got a long list of things to do. Today's goal is to pack my hall closet clean out and pack. We will also be organize the items that are staying behind. 

Moving Series: First update

Today marks the official first day of packing before our move since we are getting closer to that official date. We are currently working on getting everything ready for the final date and just waiting for the final move in cost.

This upcoming weekend, mom and I are going to the beach but it’s kind of not for fun. It’s more like we are going there to clean up the beach. I did end up hopefully getting Friday off which would be nice and now I need to schedule another day off. I will go into that more in October.

Moving Series: Introduction

Today we are getting closer to our moving date and we are so excited for it. We decided to do it in the middle of the month since it would be easier come pay day.  I do get paid about twice before we move so that is good.

Preparing for the big move

This past weekend, I have been working on getting things for the apartment and therefore going shopping is not one of my favorites but I am ready for this to be done and over with. Knowing that my mom is very soon is nervous feeling.

Making a big announcement!

I am so excited to share that I will be moving in almost three weeks. This is such an exciting time and I am just trying to get it all done. I have two paychecks before I move so that is good. I am pretty much only paying the cell phone bill and state farm with this current paycheck that we are on and the next two will be saved for the rent.

Catching Up

On the morning that the computer issues started to occur, I decided to share it with the pages that I run so they would know that I would catch up as soon as I can. However Living Hope girl came up short with that announcement. My bad.

Tonight, I am playing catch up before I try to fall asleep since it’s one in the morning on September 15, 2018 as I am writing these blogs. There is just too many blogs right now to catch up on so we will see how long this will take.

Computer issues

This week, I was hit with unexpected computer issues which forced my old laptop to died. I ended up getting a new laptop within the day even through that I could not actually afforded one and I will tell you why. I ended up having to ask my mom for a little assistance because I have some things to do for work to get done.

If any of my readers are on my personal facebook then you know that I have something in the works that will be taking place in the beginning of October. It is so exciting and nervous feeling right now but I know that God is in control and I just need to follow his lead.

On Wednesday morning, I went to go restart my laptop and now it won't upload pass it logo and if it does then it goes black or grey.

Apartment Tour #1

So on Saturday, September 8th, we looked at The addison and a few others. We felt that Addison was the right one for our style and now are waiting for the official okay to move in.

ESD starts today!

We are so excited that school started today in Evergreen School District. There is no word how the strike will impact the year since it went for seven school days before ending yesterday.

First Day of school!

Even through yesterday marked the first day of school for Evergreen, today marked the first day of school for Vancouver!

Driving for three years!

My third year of driving was on August 22nd which means that I have been driving for a little over three years! I just started driving full time in late June to and from work.

Ten months!

On Thursday (August 23rd)  marked ten months at Children's village which means that my first year is coming up very fast. I decided to start blogging what happens during the week over on my other blog which you can check it out here.

One Year Later: Nanny's life

A near accident!

So a few weeks ago, I almost got in an accident while driving to the mall. My mom and I went to go see a movie. This guy had been tall gating me and then cut right in front of me. I honk my horn and he decided to slammed on his breaks nearly causing an accident. He finally moves forwards and parks illegally.

I was waiting for him to move either out of his car and leave the mall area. He does not do either but turned around. 

I was so scared when he pulled in front of me. I quickly moved out of the way and waited for my mom to show up. 

Movie Review: Hotel Transylvania 3

It was super good. We actually went to go see it last night since it was so hot and we needed a break from the heat.

A Sunday Plans!

Alayah turns 11

I can not believe that she is eleven years old now. She is becoming into a big girl now. I have been in her life since she was a year and half.

Teaching Babies and Toddlers?

So on Saturday, I found out that they want me to do a lesson with the kiddos that I have on that night.

One it's hard because they are only newborn to two years old and the lessons should have been taught from day one.

Now I need to come up with an evening schedule for the baby room so I will keep you updated when I have something.

Zoey's birthday

During the weekend marked Zoe's birthday. As many of you know that Zoe was joined heaven in early December 2017 and this marked her first birthday that she wasn't here.

Fourth of July events

The morning of Fourth of July, we both woke up with really bad headaches so we ended up pushing our movie back from 12:50 to 3:40.

We ended up just having a relaxing evening at home.

A long July 3rd!

The day before our Fourth of July, I had a very busy day and I wanted to make sure that I shared it with you.

I ended up having to go to work from 9 to 5:30pm and then I got to go home. We went up having to go to the store before I headed to the movie.

My sister and I went to see the movie "Purge". I then would go to Target and get all three Purge movies.

I would finally get home around 10pm and quickly get into bed since tomorrow was Fourth of July.

Blogging Eight Years!

During my MIA time, I managed to celebrate my eight year anniversary writing this blog. I remember the first month of this blog that I only wrote three times.

Life Update

Life had been so busy that I have neglacted the blog. We took a few trips out of town and haven't that much time to blog.

I also have been working a nine to five thirty so therefore by the time I was done with work.

I want to be able to blog as much as I can. I do have a few movies that I need to write about and will be seeing two of them this week.

During our girls weekend trip, my dad decided to buy me a car. The only issue that I saw with it that it's a stick shift and I am working on driving it.

The hotel was not the best that we have stay at. I don't think that we will ever stay there again.

Celebrating Sass birthday

Today we had a birthday party to go to and that means that I am going to cry. I can't believe that she is six years old.

We have three birthdays this month and we are getting ready to celebrate the first birthday today. Today's birthday goes to a six year old who stole my heart a few years ago when I started to watch her and her sister.

Hello June!

This month, we have three birthdays on two different days. Not to mention that we have another beach weekend coming soon.

We still haven't got to do Bunco but that is okay. Schools are getting out soon and you know what that means. Work will be getting more busy with keeping Pre-K and ECAP awake during nap.

We also have Father's Day coming soon which we told him that we were going to do something nice.

We also have our anniversary of the blog coming soon too at the end of the month.

Today happen to be a nine hour work day at work which means that I am super tired and ready to go to bed.

Booking another beach trip

We have decided to do two new posts on our blog today. The first one was to celebrate our 100th blog post for the year 2018 and this one is announcement. 

Today we have decided that we are going to be beach the weekend after Mother's Day just to enjoy. We have decided to do it for two days and two nights so we leave on Friday afternoon and come back on Sunday afternoon.

That being said, I had to request a day off from work and won't find out until Friday if I got it or not. I am pretty sure that I got it.

I am so excited that the girls anniversary is coming soon. How I will never forget 5/11 when I first started to watch the girls. How excited I was to watch them and now I only get to watch them part time.

This month we only have one birthday. We have Mother's Day. We also have Memorial Day to which means that we have a three day weekend coming soon.

We will have some movie recaps that were supposed to be written a few days ago but I haven't been able to do that.

We also have a day off schedule right around the end  of the month.

The month has been very good. Celebrated seven years of going no where. Celebrated Easter with family and friends. ended a unhealthy friendship.

My work schedule has been change for the better and I hope that it will change to an earlier time. I requested my first day off.

The movie was pretty good. I like it but I have to go see it again today.

On Monday (April 23), I requested my very first day off at work which will be Friday (May 18th) if I get it. I did it on a Friday since I know that we are not that busy on Friday so we normally get to go home early.

Six months at CV

Today marks six months at my work. It's so nice to be there and I am so thankful.

The reason that I blocked that "friend"

I blocked that "friend" for a reason. I wanted to make sure that I got my side out because I know what that person.

When you decide to take no blame for anything that you have done and haven't changed one bit.

You post and say nothing but negative things. Then on top of that try and deny it. That's where you lose many friends.

My advise to you if you are reading it:

I advise you to think about what you are doing before it costs you all of your friends. Maybe it's time that you seek some help and listen to those around you. Maybe it's time that you learn that you have a few issues that you need to grow up and learn. You need to change the way that you treat people.

Blocking a "friend"

A few weeks ago, I ended up blocking a "Friend" on facebook and ending that "friendship" for good.

Tomorrow I will get into the reason why for you all. 

Six months without Burton

I miss them horribly but know that they have a wonderful teacher.

I ended up deciding to trim up on the blogs. I decided both the weekly and the fashion blogs because I was always behind on those. I enjoyed writing for them at first but now it was so crazy busy that I barely have time to write on the other ones that I have.

What I did for President Day?

I ended up relaxing and doing laundry for the day. I was supposed to clean my room but changed my mind on that. I might do that during the weekend of the 24th so by now it should be done.

The movie was really good. I knew the minute that they showed the little boy with the basketball scenes that it was either his son and it turned out that it was. I am so excited to share that in two weeks, I get to go back to the school. I haven't been there since October 20, 2017 so it's been a long time. I am so excited that we have March 9th off.

On Valentine's Day, there was another school shooting and of course our president is blaming mental illness. Okay, first of all, mental illness doesn't excuse what this man has done. Then he causes everyone to be afraid that this guy has a mental illness. Well even our president has the same issues but we aren't getting rid of him.

There needs to be gun control. I am not saying to take away the right to bear arms; the laws needs to be stronger right now.

Trouble in kidsworld

So this is a hard post but I need to say my feelings about Sunday morning. Normally, I am in service but Sunday I was in kidsworld because neither of the babies that I had on Saturday stayed so I ended up pulling double duty.

It seem to be going pretty good until we got nine children. One of the ladies were very rude to myself and the kids. I did not like it and neither should kidsworld. She is being an example that this is how we run the nursey and this is not how we run it at all. I ended up talking to Stacy because I am truly afraid for these children because of the way that she was treating them.

She tried to make the excuse that she knows the state requirements and I quickly reminded her that I also know them. She should not have been in that room. I am sure that I might have caught her on a bad day but that's not what she is supposed to be doing with those kids. She also should not have talk down to any one.

Saturday Night: Two babies

After three weeks of not having any babies, I ended up having two babies. They did not last long but at least I had two.

Movie Review: Fifty Shades Freed

The movie was super good and I was so happy that it was out. I really hoped that we get to go see it again because let me tell you that it's worth it to go see it again.

I kinda wish that we got to see more of what happen in the book than what they showed in the movie. There was a part that Christian hits a guy at the bar that was cut out and you can tell that it was cut out.

Today was Amanda's anniversary. It was a little rough but I kept my mind off it.

Today was the first day that I came back to work after two days off and it was a good thing that I did because we had special vistors.

No work on Monday and Tuesday

So because I spend Saturday night and all day Sunday in bed because of the fever. I stayed home and just spent the day with buddy. I ended up going to UC and finding out that I had strep Throat.

Strep Throat

This morning, I woke up not feeling any better so I thought about making a choice to go to the doctor's office. I ended up making the right choice and found out that I have strep throat which is not good.

Shaking for two hours

I got home yesterday and was shaking for about two hours. I took my temputare and it was 100.2. I think that I should have gone to UC to find out what was going on but it could have just the flu that has been going by.

No Babies in kidsworld

For the past three weeks, we haven't had any babies in the nursery which is so sad. I wish that they would come back but maybe next week we will have at least one.

I can't believe that today is the final day of January. This week, I have managed to post a little bit more and that is okay. It's about being accepting that there is not even time in a day to do all the things that I want to do. 

Do I support Trump?

It's been a trying year. Trying to be okay that we have a man, that thinks grabbing a woman by their pussy is okay, as president. Trying to be okay with that man for attacking President Obama at every turn that he gets. Trying to be okay with a man that brings up things that happen a year ago or every time that there is some kind of truth about him. He has to tweet "FAKE NEWS". The only person that brings out "Fake news" is him.

Trying to be okay with the fact that the ones that were hating on president Obama for the past eight years want us to support Trump and not hate him. 

Trying to be okay with the fact that they still worship the man like he is God. Trump is a liar and belongs in jail. He knew that Russia had hacked our elections and still won't admit to it.

He's a dirty baby that needs to wear grown up diapers. (Just saying) 

You will never get me to support Trump!

I need to be okay that my blog is not up to date. I need to be okay that things need to be work on and caught up.

Returning to Kidsworld

I have missed the kiddos at the church but with Christmas parties, being sick and then celebrating birthday. I did not end up going but this Saturday I will be there

Returning to Burton?!

It has been a little over two months since I stepped foot at the school. The plan was always this year to be there until I found a job and then stopped but I miss it horribily. I miss the kids and the safe there.

So I have been thinking about returning back to the school if it's only thirty minutes in the morning since I have to take the bus. I also figure since the bus is just a one shot to work that it would not be bad idea. I just hope that some days that I will get to drive which would put my stay at 45 minutes.

Movie Review: Jumanji: Welcome to the Jungle

I meant to go see this movie on December 31st however I woke up feeling really bad so I ended up staying home for the most part. Mom and I decided to go see it on New Years Day and let me tell you that the movie was pretty good.

I wished that they would have showed a little more respect for Alan since he was the first one in the game but since the first one never showed us how life was in the game. This one did and it was a good flashback.
