Day in the life: November 22 to 24

 Welcome back to another day in the life. Today's post will feature two days and on the 17th, we will share the rest of the week.

Sunday:

This morning, we got up and ready for the day. We were planning to go to church but it did not work out since our governor locked down our cities again.

Monday: 

Today I had to work and durning the time that I was at work, my sister and her boyfriend attempted to cause an issue. I got home and went to confront her and the issue got worse.

Tuesday: 

Another day at work but lucky tomorrow is our Friday. I started to pack up items so that way I can take them to mom's house tomorrow. 

Be sure to stay tune later this week to see the rest of the week of my life.

 We are just 12 days away from Christmas and that means that it's time to write a list for my Christmas shopping to be done and over with. 

Every year for the past four years, I have been waiting until the week before Christmas to get my shopping done and it becomes harder than hard to get it done. 

It's annoying so soon I will be sharing a new Christmas saving plan and holding myself accountable but for now I need to get my shopping done.

 Today marked one month until Christmas

Day in the life: November 22, 2020

 This morning, I got up and ready for the day only to sit on my bed and hopefully finished a few classes that I needed to do.

I also filmed my weekend vlog and also folded laundry and put away shirts. 

I knew that I needed to go to bed by 9pm so I feel refreshed for the upcoming work week that will be feature in an upcoming post over on my other blog.

Three day work week

 This week, we only work for three days. I am also starting a week in my life and which that I would you enjoy.

Day in the life: November 14, 2020

 This morning, I got up and got ready for the day. We headed to Costco so I could get a new card and renew our membership for the year. We also needed to get some new pills for my bathroom problem because the other kinds are not working anymore.

Life as a 31 year old: Coming soon

 As many of you know that every year we have change the blog from Life as a 29 year old to life as a 30 year old. 

This year, we are debating about creating a new blog and just changing the title on that one and using this one for memories.

We have until December 29th to figure it out.

New evening schedule

 It's been a few days since our last morning rountie post went up so today we are sharing our evening rountine with you all.

Now this all depends on what time I get home. 

Usually I get home either 6:30 to 7:00pm so I quickly get dinner after changing my clothes. Then I go to make dinner for myself and unpack my lunch box.

After I eat dinner, it's almost 6:50 to 7:20 so I go upstairs and work on things that I need to get done on my laptop until my alarm goes off.

8:30pm- I start my defusior and put in any sencet that I want to put in for the day and go back on my phone and just play a game until 9pm

9pm- I turn off my phone and put it on the charger and turn on my tv to watch whatever I want until 9:30 when I roll over and start falling asleep.

7 days until Thanksgiving

 Next week marks Thanksgiving and we have so much to be thankful for.

New morning routine

 Welcome to my newest morning routine! 

Now that I left my second daycare job and started my third daycare job. It's time to update you all on my morning and evening schedule. My evening schedule will be posted in a few days.

Here is my morning routine: 

At my house:

5:00am- wake up and relax

5:30am- shower and get dress

6:00am- Pack lunch

6:10am- relax a little bit 

6:40am- put socks and shoes on

7:05am - Leave and warm up car

At my parent's house:

5:00am- wake up and relax

5:30am- shower and get dress

6:00am- Pack lunch

6:10am- relax a little bit 

6:30am- put socks and shoes on

6:53am- Leave and warm up car

Storage Bins Organization project

 For weeks now, this project has been on my list of things to do and I finally got it done on Sunday.

The first thing was to take everything out of my storage containers and put them on my bed so I could look through and get rid of things that I did not want.

The next thing was to take the items that I was keeping and put them away in their new pile until I was all done with the organization part.

Then I would repeat all of the first two steps until I was all done with it. Then I put them in the containers so I could move them to their new homes.

 I really hope that this will work.

 With Thanksgiving just 10 days away and Black Friday is just right around the corner, it's time to start planning our Black Friday shopping.

Election Results: Trump or Biden?

On Saturday, November 7th, it was announced that Biden is projected to be president-elect. Repblicans are not happy with the results but you know something our country is in God's hand and this is who he wanted. It's time to accept it and move on.

On Wednesday, I found out that I am getting the job at the first place that I interviewed for and let me tell you that I am so excited

Job Hunt: Busy with interview

This week has been very interesting from being let go on Saturday to looking for another job. This week, I have a total of six interviews and hopefully will get a job from one of them. 

Monday: I had no interviews schedule for today but did find out that I will have one tomorrow at the time of writing this. 

Tuesday: I had both interviews today. I am pretty sure that I did really good on the first one today

Wednesday: This morning was good and I am pretty sure that I don't want either one of these interviews. I also found out that I got the job.

Thursday: I had one this afternoon and I end up having to cancel this one

Friday: I had one this morning and I end up having to cancel this one

Veteran's Day 2020

Today is Veteran's Day and that means that we should honor those that have fought for our beloved country.

I know in my family, we have had at least four to five members that have fought in the army or the navy.

Today is Halloween so Let's recap the day. This is not a day in the life that I was hoping for but this is what I got handed to deal with today.

This morning, I woke up around 8:30 and received a text message from my boss informing me that I was going to be let go due to lack of self motivation. I got on unemployment and restarted my claim from CV and know that I need to call them on Monday to get the adjuction in progress fix.

I went on my day after that where we went to go see the girls that I used to babysit. I was not expecting to take her with us but that's what happen.

We went to Walmart and then headed home where we got ready for the trick or treating. We went to my friend's house and waited for them. We also headed to the church where the line was way to long so we went to another place that I knew what was doing trick or treating.

We came back to my friend's house and had a get together before heading home.

Halloween 2020

Happy Halloween and make sure that you stay safe!

This year is different because my work actually lets you wear costumes to work. Friday was our Halloween party with the kids so I just wore a black shirt with my Halloween leggings.

For Halloween, I was attempting to dress up as Harry Potter where I just reused my black shirt from yesterday and my black overshirt with a black jeans that I had gotten for work. I also added my Harry Potter mask and hat.

Don't forget to turn your clocks back an hour before you go to bed.

Election day less than a month

Election day is coming up and I am ready for it.

17 days until Halloween

I can't believe that we are only 17 days outside of Halloween.

Work Bag

So every day for work, I bring a bag into work and today I am sharing what is in my bag. I usually have a pair of clothes that I can change into just in case if I am going somewhere.

I have two spare batteries for my phone so that I can charge my phone. I have my lunch and a dr pepper and my water bottle.

Lately I have been bringing my extra charger for my phone when I am able to charge it during nap time.

Wednesdays off

On Wednesday mornings, I love to get up around 7am and get ready for the day. I take my friend to work and then come back home where I write blogs to get them ready for Saturday where I can schedule. I also plan out the next week and make my lists. I also film youtube videos.

Then around 4:50pm I get ready to pick up my friend. I will share how my day on October 7, 2020 went later this week.

CV hire anniversary

On October 9th would have marked my three year anniversary of working there. However as many of you know that I was laid off back in March with the promise to come back but that did not happen. I was officially let go on July 20, 2020.

Cleaning and Orangizing closet

I have been wanting to work on the bedroom closet and today I decided to go for it. Of course I forgot to take pictures of the closet before I clean it out.

The top of the closet is holding socks and other clothes that I am chosing to keep up there. The book shelf is holding office supplies and keeping them orangize.

I do have a spot for all of my shoes and other items.

Now time to work on the next project.

Because it's Labor Day and I don't have to work, I decided that I wanted to go to the river. We knew that we are expecting a wind storm some time today but don't know bad it will be.

We went to Kindline pond where my shoe ended up in the water. We managed to get it out and then headed to Frenchman bar.

We met up with my sister and her kids and somehow my lens ended up in the water. We did managed to find it.

I finished up my weekend vlog and then relaxed for the rest of the night

Today I have to work from 7am to 5pm and it's my mom's birthday. This morning, I got up at 5am and got ready for work. It was a good day at work.

 I headed to pick up my friend and then drove her home. I headed home and started to film my weekend vlog for youtube.

DITL: August 28th

Written on August 28th
Today I left the house around 6:20am since I knew that I needed to stop and get gas. I also needed to go to Dutch Bros. I have gotten in the habbit of going in the morning to get gas because it seems to be easier.
I got to work around 7:15am this morning and waited until 7:55am before going in and started to clean the playroom. We got done around 11am. We had to wait for another twenty minutes before we could go home.
We went to the store and got some new food for breakfast during the work week. After that I went to home and just relax until almost five.
I went to go pick up the girls and my friend. We went to the old high school to let them play until the time to take the girls to their mom's.
I took my friend home and remember that I needed to film my weekend vlog introduction.
I also started laundry. I ended up going to bed close to midnight.
I will see you for another day in the life for my mom's birthday and then again on labor day.

Hall Closet Clean out

So earlier today, I shared that i moved my room around. Now I'm back again to write about the hall closet. I didn't take photos of beforehand but here are the after.

When i lived in the house with my parents, I had the entire closet to store the bathroom items. This time around, I only had two shelves while my sister and her boyfriend have pretty much the rest of the closet.

I started by taking everything out of my shelves and put them on the bed. Then I went through all of the containers and started to organize them. 

I ended up taking a white trash can out and then a shopping bag and pink basket out of the closet and made it look better.

I kinda wished that I had more of the storage containers that go on the top shelf so that way I could organize it all the same.

Bedroom move around

While my bedroom has been stuck for the past few months because of my parents need to have dish at the house. I was forced to keep my room the way that I orginally set it up.

I knew with the fact that they were finally going to have it move up in late August that I could officially move around my room. I knew that I wanted to move my bed from under the air conditioner.

yes i know its not made but who cares. 

First up was to clean everything from this spot.

and this one too. I finally got done with it and gives me more room. 

yes i need to redo my closet but thats this weekend item to do.

I need to clean out my dresser and reorganize it.

I decided to use my three by 1 storage at the foot of my bed. I really need to go through the containers and organize but thats for another day.

I made the bed. I just need to fold laundry. :) 

Why I won't for Trump?

So with the election coming up,  I thought that it would be good to share why I wont vote for Trump during the 2020 election.
Yes i was angry about Trump "winning" the 2016 after the Russian hacking.
Yes i know that I will get hate comments for sharing my beliefs with you all. I try to keep my page clear of political posts for that reason.
Trump is not a good man. He has lied so much and its sad to see that he has made it this long.
He was impeached by the house of respentives because of the Russian hacking.
He and the Republicans party has been complaining about the fact that Obama was an unfit president but yet put someone on the ballot that has no business being president.
He has cause more issues left and right regarding racism and yet takes no responsibility. 

New pool ladder

A few weeks ago, I got this new pool ladder and I thought that it would work fitting in my back seat without having to take the seats down and putting it in my tunk but man was I wrong.

I ended up breaking my new car organizer and you know the thing that I had to do next which was to order a new one.

Today marks 9/11 anniversary and it's hard to believe that we have been 19 years since the fateful day. 

I remember the night before when I could not sleep the night before.

I am only working three days this week which are Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. As many of you know, Wednesday are my usual day off but this week, I got to have Monday off as well which was nice.

On Monday, I decided to go and get a new pool. The set-up was not hard until I went to put the final part in it and then I needed to get help. We got the pool all filled and it set up for swimming.

Yesterday, we shared our morning work schedule and shared what time I have to be at work by. Today we are sharing our evening rounite that usually starts on Sunday evening and goes until Thursday evening.

The past two days, I have shared my morning and evening rountie while being laid off. Today I am sharing my new work schedule.

5:55 AM- Leave for work

Usually the morning leave time depends on what time that I have to be at work.

On Monday and Friday, I have to be there by 6:45am

Yesterday, I shared my morning rountie and now today I am sharing my evening rountie.

4:00pm- Drive back to Vancouver

5:30pm- Get friend from her work and drive her home

7:00pm- Relax

8:30pm- Get ready for bed.

Laid Off Morning Schedule

Before I started my new job, this was my schedule. Tomorrow I will share my evening schedule.

7:00 AM- wake up

7:15am- Get up

7:30am- Get dress

8:00 am- Leave to take my friend to work

9:00 am- Falls or Lake for the rest of the day

Thoughts about leaving CV

I knew that I was going to leave CV anyways so having not been brought back was no shock to me.

Right after my email to the director at CV, I texted my new job, My bundle of Joy and she offered me a job as a preschool teacher assistant. I started on July 23, 2020.

I have some sad news to share which I have already shared on my personal facebook and twitter. The director at CV has chosen that they are not bringing me back. The next post, I will feature about my new job.

Limiting Dr. Pepper

As I said yesterday, I will set a goal and this month will be limiting Dr. Pepper. The first seven days then I will have one a day. The next seven days, I will go from having it seven days then I will go to six days and so and so on.

Once a month, I am going to set a new goal and so my next post will feature my first monthly goal and then at the beginning of the new month will feature how it went.

Hello August

This month, we only have one birthday. We were supposed to have the fair but it got cancelled due to the virus.

We actually did better than I thought that I would. We celebrated two birthdays along with welcoming my niece into the world. We also celebrated Fourth of July by watching Indepence day 1 and 2

There is a pool website that scams people out of at least 102 dollars if not more. I hope that people will do their resecarhed before hand.

Five months until Christmas

Today marks 5 months until Christmas

Sunday morning rountie

After Saturday night staying up until Midnight, I usually go to sleep after completing the unemployment at midnight around 1am. I usually will sleep until 7 am or later and then get up to just relax.

Saturday night rountie

On Saturday, I am usually up at my parent's house in Camas to spend some time up there and end up staying up until midnight. Usually I am either playing a game or writing and schedule blogs. I am also either writing fanfiction.

Hair cut

On Thursday afternoon, I decided that it was time to get my hair cut. My hair was too long for my liking and so I decided that it was time for a change.

I knew that I wanted to get short hair up to my shoulders and then get layers to go with it. It turned out really nice and I'm super in love with it.

The hike to Beaver falls is super easy and it's a little steep in certain stops but it's not bad. Be sure to check out for another post in a few days for photos from Beaver falls.

First personal Car wash experience

Yesterday, I took my friend to her gym training session and the got to work on cleaning the outside of my car. There was so much bird pop on my car.

I know that I am a little bit behind on the blog but I am trying to catch up on the blog right now. I have to post two more posts between today and tomorrow I am not that far behind.

Baby Niece is here

I'm so excited to share that my sister had her baby as of this morning at 2am. I haven't seen her in person but did managed to see her on photos but can't wait to meet her in person.

She is so gorgeous and is a truly a blessing!

Family BBQ invite?

About a month ago, my friend's aunt invited me to go to the her family's bbq which was nice of her to do so but I could not go because my sister is so close to having her baby. Infact as of the time that I am writing this she is in labor

Wake up call

I ended up falling asleep around 10:30 on Thursday night and got woken up by my sister saying that her water was leaking. I am so excited for the baby to be here that I can hardly wait.

New Computer

I ended up getting a new laptop and I love it.

Knee issue

So this actually happen the week before I feel and hurt my knee which means that I could not go hiking for a few days while I got a sab on my knee.

Pool issue

On top with the computer issue, I am having issues with my pool. It apparently has a hole in it which is a little bit annoying to have to deal with it.

My sister's dog had accidenty spilled dr. pepper on my laptop and went I went to go plug it in. I could not get it to charge

Alayah's birthday

Happy Birthday to the oldest little girl that I used to watch. I hope that she has a special day.

Tanner's birthday

Today is my brother-in-law's birthday. 

Lockdown on the phases?

As many of you know that there has been an increase on COVID cases so the Governor has announced that all the counties have been placed on a "lockdown" until future notice. We do not know how long it will be.

He did not rule out of another stay at home order but we will have to wait and see.

Baby coming soon

My sister is due to welcome her baby girl very soon and I can't wait to meet her when she comes home from the hospital.

Too much Fireworks

July 4th has come and went and they are still letting them off.

Applying for Phase 3

Clark County announced on Wednesday that they wanted to apply for phase three. Many of us don't think that we are ready because of how many cases that we have had since moving into phase 2. We should find out later this week.

Fourth of July

Happy 4th of July!

This year is different then last year. We don't have the Fort Vancouver like we normally do and then on top of that we have to wear the mask for large type of crowds.

New watch

This morning, my watch broke right at the charging port and I knew that I needed to order a new one as soon as possible. It said that I should be getting it on June 28th which means that I have to go through four days with a watch. We will see how that goes.

This morning, I noticed that my wallet was still in KY which is not good.at all. Then later that night, it changed to Portland but it was later checkout of Portland.

This morning, I noticed that it changed to Hillsboro and then came back to Portland. It should be out for delivery soon where I can charge it and put it on.

Day in the life: June 27, 2020

Before we get started on today's post, I want to say that I have two more posts about my June adventures to share before we get to the new month.

Written on June 27th

This morning, we got up around 4am to go up to my aunt's house. We made it halfway before I got tired and had to switch with my mom. We went to Target where I bought a temp watch until my watch comes in tomorrow.

We made it up to my aunt's house around 9am and hanged out with the girls before they had to go to their dad's house for the weekend. We made the choice to go to the casino where we played for a few hours before we started our journey home.

We got to the Bath and body works at the halfway mark around 5:30 only to find out that they closed at 5pm which they need to put up a sign with the new temp. hours due to COVID.

When we got home, we cleaned out the car and just relaxed for the rest of the night.

Hello July

This month, we have one birthday and Fourth of July to celebrate. My niece will be here this month and I can't wait.

Goodbye June

This month has been pretty good. We celebrated Mia's 8th birthday and the twins 23rd birthday. We also celebrated Father's Day. 

We changed seasons from Sprin to Summer with some hot weather to go along with.

We took two trips to the beach and had a great time! 

July Goals & Posts

So I have been turning over a new leaf with the blog with actually remembering to take the time and write the posts for the week or for the next months.

I am hoping to post everyday in the month of July and keep it going.

Panthers falls

Today we went to Panthers falls and it was so beautiful.

My friend's daughter accidentally dropped her water bottle in the water so one of us adults had to get it.

We thought that going to see the sunset somewhere other than the hotel was a good idea.

However the clouds moved into where we were and there was no sunset.  I thought that it was a good idea other than the clouds.  

It was still beautiful to see and would highly recommend it. Be sure to stay tune for the hotel reviews. 

Hotel #2 Review

On the second night, we stayed at Chinnok and it was another beautiful view of the water and you got to see the rocks in Lincoln City.

The room was pretty however there was no wi-fi so you pretty much were on your phone the enitre time.

Night one, we stayed at Westshore and let me tell you. The post that I made a few weeks ago on my personal Facebook was dead on.

When we drove up to the hotel, we were unsure about this hotel. However the view quickly changed it. 

it's gorgeous and I feel in love with it. We checked into the room and we had a beautiful view. The room had a big window with one bed in that room. 

It also had another room. We quickly made a deal where I had the big room.

Rodney Falls

Today we are sharing our adventures of Rodney falls. I do have more photos on the way.

The only problem was the direction that Google send us to was a private road where we encountered a grumpy old man that didn't appreciate people coming up.

Face Mask Order

Today the Governor's order regarding Face Mask is Law. You have to wear them if you go outside. 

My car will remain face mask free because that way we can still have fresh air. If we are outside unless there is no one around then I will wear one however if there is not anyone then I won't wear them.

Do I think that the face mask order is fair? No because I have really bad panic attack with them on but I will adjust to it.

Six Months until Christmas

I cant believe Christmas is in six months and that means so is my birthday.  I don't even want to think about that

Beach Trip #2

On Monday, we headed to Lincoln City and managed to see the sunset of the first night and it turned out wonderful.
