Active criticism?

John 15:16 "You did not choose me, but I chose you and appointed you to go and bear fruit--fruit that will last. Then the Father will give you whatever you ask in my name."

I understand that we all have the right to talk about one another but there is a line that people have crossed when they are talking about something that is not productive and when it's like you have something to say to me. Please do it on here and not on another website. That's all I am saying.
I wanted to add this quote that I was growing up with: "If you don't have something nice to say then don't say it at all."
