My nighttime schedule changed over the years and now I am ready to share it with you. My old one did not work out for me and nearly cost me my job. I changed it to improved my morning rountie. So here it is:
Sunday to Thursday:
To start our evening, it depends my work schedule for the day.
I usually get home between 6 to 7pm and I normally start with eating my dinner.
Around 7 to 7:30pm, I take my evening bath because usually it helps me relax enough so I can fall asleep before 9:30pm or shorty after.
I usually will watch Netflix until 9pm.
Friday to Saturday:
This schedule is more relaxed so I don't have to worry about what time I have to go to bed.
